Dear Sergio,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for my absolutely gorgeous concrete floors!
I want to begin by thanking you for all of the assistance provided in your showroom through viewing and discussing all of the different concrete floor options, including the pros and cons of each. I felt that when we made our decision to go with a lower sheen stain (coffee) of our existing concrete slab, I had made the right decision for our family’s needs.
Randy and the other gentlemen who came out to do the work were professional and clearly very talented, as my floors are absolutely gorgeous! The durability will last my busy household a lifetime, while the color, character, and beauty is second to none.
Thank you so much – I could not be happier with my flooring choice, and the service and expertise provided by Heritage Bomanite.
Sincerely,
Chrissy Falk
