Hello Sergio,
I wanted to follow up with you concerning mine and Aleta’s patio project. Your company exceeded all of our expectations. It was an absolute pleasure to interact with you and every member of your team. I sincerely felt that every member of your crew had a vested interest in completing this project to our satisfaction. Aleta and I had a pretty good idea what we wanted for our patio. However, your suggestions and guidance added so much and developed our idea into a vision realized. Specifically, the LED lights you suggested for the seat wall added a whole new level we had not even thought of. This project added so much usable living space to our property. We have already entertained on the patio and we find ourselves spending more and more time on the patio, just the two of us, relaxing. I am very particular about who I refer friends and family to. However, I have complete confidence in you and your crew when referring anyone to your company. Your courtesy and professionalism are unmatched in a time when good customer service is hard to come by. Tell Paul, Dan and the whole crew we appreciate their hard work and follow through and thank them all for a job well done. We are already planning our next project.
Sincerely,
Sullivan and Aleta Morris
