Sergio,
I just wanted to say how impressed we were with the entire installation process. The floors look absolutely amazing, better then we imagined they would. But most impressive were the installers, Randy and Anthony. You have a couple of truly fantastic employees in those two. The professionalism, attitude, and attention to detail as well as respect and care of property was top notch. We’ve had several companies do work in our home from carpet installation and drywall repair to paint and plumbing but these two guys out-shined them all. To most people, they are Heritage Bomanite, as they will spend more time with clients than anyone else so the impression they leave will greatly influence the overall opinion. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. Most notable was when Randy came into the house with a broken sprinkler and told me he had run it over with the generator and would replace it for me. Of course I told him
not to worry about it but the fact that he immediately brought it to my attention and admitted to breaking it speaks volumes of his character. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was to me. I would definitely recommend your product and especially your installers to any and everyone I know. Thanks again for a wonderful job from start to finish.
Sincerely Impressed,
