Tesoro Viejo Self Storage

The Tesoro Storage project appeared straightforward at first glance, but required extensive planning and refinement prior to installation. Following a comprehensive on site evaluation of the slab on grade, the Bomanite crack suppression membrane system was incorporated to support long term durability and performance. Once surface conditions were verified, installation proceeded.

The finished surface was intentionally executed to preserve the natural trowel marks and subtle variations that define the character of Bomanite Micro Topping. These nuanced imperfections contribute to the visual depth and authenticity of the material, resulting in a surface that balances technical precision with handcrafted appeal.

The completed installation reflects careful execution, material expertise, and an attention to detail that allows the inherent qualities of the micro topping system to stand out.
